FREE TO USE
AudioVik is free. You may install it on as many computers as you like and use it
for any purpose, including making music that you release, perform or sell. The music you
make with it is yours.

SHARING
You may give the unchanged installer to others, as long as you don't charge for it.
Please don't sell AudioVik, bundle it with something you sell, or share changed
copies of it without permission.

DONATIONS
Donations are welcome and help keep the app going, but they are never required. A
donation is a gift: it doesn't buy support, extra features or any other promise.

ADD-ONS
Stem separation and the voice tools are optional add-ons. When you choose to install
them, their installers download the needed software (Python, PyTorch, Demucs, RVC and
others) straight from their publishers, under those publishers' own licences. See
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt.

VOICES AND OTHER PEOPLE'S MUSIC
You are responsible for what you make with AudioVik.
- Only use voice models of voices you have the right to use: your own, or a model whose
  owner allows it. Don't use the voice tools to pass yourself off as a real person, to
  mislead listeners, or to make content about someone without their permission.
- Separating stems from, remixing or editing someone else's recording doesn't give you
  any rights to it. Get permission before releasing anything made from other people's
  music.

PRIVACY
AudioVik doesn't collect any information and doesn't connect to the internet.
The only exception is the add-on installers, which download software when you run them.

NO WARRANTY
AudioVik is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or
implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose and non-infringement. Keep backups of your work. In no event shall
the author be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of
contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or
the use or other dealings in the software.

THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
AudioVik includes software by others, each under its own licence. See
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt (also shown in Help → About AudioVik).
